The Baronial Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing no later than seven days after the event ends per Kingdom approved guidelines. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. Refund checks not cashed within 90 days will be voided and considered a donation to the barony.

We will have a designated area for Campers and RVs; however, there will not be hookups.

Please remember you need to be checked in through the gate. If you are event staff, you will need to be checked in through the gate and show your membership card and complete any waivers if required. Most venues at this time charge by the head count so it is imperative that our count be correct.

The Gate has really, really nice people and who knows, we may have a trinket or two to give you.

Refund Policy for Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday

To make your Gate experience as stress free as possible, please have the following items with you as you approach the Gate:

1) Members: Your membership card or Non-Members: Your Drivers License (this should match your Pre-Registration information)

2) Your tag and vehicle information so you may fill in your Parking Pass. Helpful hint, carry a sticky note with your information or keep a photograph of the back of your vehicle on your phone.

3) If you have minors, you will need their information.

4) We will have Waivers to sign at each lane at gate.

5) If you have a Minor and you are not the parent or Legal Guardian you must bring with you the following notarized document: Medical Authorization for Minors. You may find it beneficial to carry multiple copies of the notarized document (with original signatures) so you will have a spare available for the numerous inquiries and therefore, you can enjoy the best part of Sacred Stone Baronial Birthday. Site Restrictions:
This is a wet site, modern laws concerning alcohol apply. Pets are allowed but must be controlled at all times and policed. This is a Primitive Camping Site, folks with significant mobility challenges or who need access to electricity should contact the Event Steward/Event Steward to determine if the site will be appropriate for them. Ground fires are not allowed; there is an existing fire pit that we encourage everyone to gather around for fellowship. No sumps allowed. Any violation is cause for being removed from the site.

Handwashing stations and port a potties will be available.

Trash MUST be disposed of by the individuals themselves. There are NO trash bins on site. Please bring your own bags! 

Accessibility:
This is a primitive site with grass and gravel. Handicap parking will be available. Handicap restrooms (x2) will be available. Please contact the event steward with specific questions.
